How long does shipping take?

Shipping depends on your location and warehouse availability:
• USA: 5–12 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Do you ship worldwide?

No due to the large size product dimenssions and dificulties we don't ship internationally.

02 Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos, and we will send a replacement.

How long do refunds take? Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
